As part of William & Mary’s Year of the Arts, join us at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond for special access to the exhibition of work by Willie Anne Boschen Wright ’45 from her career of more than six decades. Explore the gallery after regular museum hours and meet the artist, who will turn 100 just before the exhibition closes in June. Then join us for a panel discussion moderated by David Brashear HON ’07, director of the Muscarelle Museum of Art, which recently acquired six works by Wright. The panel will feature Celeste Fetta Neff ’99, the Joan P. Brock director of education at the VMFA, a W&M professor and a current William & Mary art student.A reception of hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be included in the event, which is co-sponsored by the Society of 1918, the W&M Richmond Network and the Muscarelle Museum of Art.
