NAVIGATING TRANSITIONS COHORTS
Sponsored by the Society of 1918
Register below for our brand-new Navigating Transitions program. Be part of one of two founding cohorts!
The Navigating Mid-Career Transitions cohort is for those amid the push-pull of career and family, who are taking on a larger role in their work or getting themselves ready for a career change. This program will meet Wednesdays, noon-1:30 p.m. ET, every other week beginning Feb. 7.
The Navigating Life Transitions cohort is for those who face the joy and challenges of a full life, who may be nearing the end of their career, their life with a loved one, or want to adjust and explore new ventures. The program will meet Tuesdays, 3:30-5 p.m. ET, every other week beginning Feb. 6.
Both of these programs offer livestreamed learning events every two weeks to provide cutting-edge development guidance, resources and materials to access at your own pace, along with one-on-one executive coaching and opportunities for powerful peer support. You’ll be part of a cohort of peers navigating similar work and life stages, with occasions to come together and learn from the other cohort to provide networking and encouragement.
What does it involve?
• Learning and growing with three executive coaches (who are also fellow Society of 1918 members): Dorian Baroni ’81, Amy Steindler ’80 and Sequoia Owen ’12.
• Three months of biweekly online interactive events from February through mid-May 2024. Events will be recorded if you have to miss a session.
• Three months of learning nudges and materials you can access at your own pace at any time in 2024.
• Monthly individual coaching calls with one of your three executive coaches and program guides.
• An in-person retreat on the evening of March 1 and all day on March 2 at William & Mary or a powerful weekend online retreat on March 3 if you cannot travel.
• Half of the $2,000 program fee is generously underwritten by the Alumnae Initiatives Endowment. The fee for program participants is $1,000. Similar programs would easily cost double or triple this amount.
• Being a part of this groundbreaking W&M Women’s program! Having your very own learning and support squad throughout 2024.
Participants will:
• Learn the patterns inherent in the cycles of change so you know what to expect at each stage. Understand that change is the constant, ongoing process of living.
• Learn core skills and gather tools to successfully navigate the cycles of change.
• Understand how to build the inner resources that support true resilience.
• Practice the skills of navigating change (in various areas of life) that you will learn about in the program.
• Build a community, a squad of women that have your back.
Register early! Space is limited and registration for the cohorts ends Jan. 5!
Payment Schedule: Please note that there are two options for payment. Option 1— pay the $1,000 fee upon registration. Option 2— pay $250 upon registration with additional payments due via check as follows:
