Board of Directors Nomination Form

The Bylaws of the William & Mary Alumni Association require all board members to be alumni of the College of William & Mary and active donors, regardless of giving levels, to any recognized fund of the institution or the Alumni Association. By board policy, members must be willing and able to attend regular and special board meetings, as required, in Williamsburg or other approved locales to conduct Alumni Association business.

Nominations for the William & Mary Alumni Association Board of Directors must be postmarked, or received (if delivered in person or by campus mail) no later than July 1.  Nominations received after that date will be held until the following year.  Nominations must be completed and sent to: The William & Mary Alumni Association, P.O. Box 2100, Williamsburg, VA  23187-2100.  Attn: Board Development Committee.
